Physical DescriptionLarge red ball ornament painted with bells and a snowy building scene and reads "Stanislawa Gasior Polish Museum of America." The blue ribbon on top is stitched with white thread.
Historical NoteThis Christmas ornament was part of the holiday display for the 2009 White House Blue Room Tree.
Ornament was painted by Stella (Stanisława) Gąsior, artist and former volunteer of the Polish Museum of America. In 2009, her ornament was selected and sent to the White House by the Polish Museum.
Custodial History / ProvenanceThis item is material associated with various agencies and offices during the Obama administration and maintained as government property until its transfer to the National Archives in January 2017 for deposit with the Obama Presidential Library. Additional Details
