Physical DescriptionA black and silver ballpoint pen (.a) with cap (.b). The body of the pen has the Seal of the President of the United States and Barack Obama's signature in silver. The cap is silver colored and has an attached clip.
Historical NoteThe pen was one of several used to sign the Executive Order for the White House Initiative on Educational Excellence for African Americans on July 26, 2012.
