Physical DescriptionA wood plaque with printed image on the front. The image consists of a teddy bear wearing a Marine Corps uniform, standing at the top of a chimney holding a present and a bag of toys. The background of the image is dark blue with clouds. The Toys For Tots logo in the shape of a red train and white text at the top and on the bag of toys.The reverse side of the plaque features a mounting groove along the top border and right side.
