Physical DescriptionPair of hook back earrings carved from antler to resemble a teepee (.a-b). The bone is painted purple at the base of the teepee, black at the top, and decorated with white paint. Center of the earring is a carved out circle that holds a small thread dream catcher painted black, white, yellow, and red. Back of the earrings are unpainted bone.
Custodial History / ProvenanceThis item is material associated with various agencies and offices during the Obama administration and maintained as government property until its transfer to the National Archives in January 2017 for deposit with the Obama Presidential Library.Additional Details
