Sculpture painted in rusty-brown colors.Historical NoteThe artist Jonathan Meadows is an American veteran who turned to art therapy in his recovery from a traumatic brain injury he suffered while supporting a special forces mission in Afghanistan in 2012. His artwork was exhibited at the Torpedo Factory Art Center in Alexandria, Virginia. Meadows was invited to visit the White House for a Wounded Warriors event on May 19, 2015 and a Veterans Day breakfast in November, 2015.
