Physical DescriptionA commemorative case with three windows containing a sheet of postage stamps depicting Harvey Milk, a commemorative stamp booklet, and a plaque dedicated to the President. The sheet of stamps consists of 20 "Forever" stamps with an image of Harvey Milk, and a small rainbow flag in the upper left corner. The booklet has an image of Mr. Milk at the left, with one of the stamps at the upper right corner, and a "First Day of Issue" statement at the bottom.
