Physical DescriptionChristmas holiday ornament for the 2009 White House Blue Room Tree. Red ornament decorated with papier-mâché images of Washington D.C., patriotic symbols, and Obama campaign images such as the Shepard Fairey Obama PROGRESS poster. Three dimensional elements are attached to the surface including heart and star embroidered patches, plastic stars, and a pop-up Peace on Earth sign above a plaster handmade/painted United States flag. The bottom has a gold glitter curvilinear floral element glued on as a stand.
