Physical DescriptionBlack and silver CROSS brand pen used to sign the ratification of the New Start Treaty on February 2, 2011. The pen (.a) has a black barrel and grip section, as well as a silver tip and accent band that border the grip section. Printed in silver across the barrel is a Presidential Seal and President Barack Obama's signature. The cap (.b) is silver and has paralell grooves running most of its length as well as a clip.
Historical NotePresident Barack Obama used this pen to sign the instrument of ratification of the New Start Treaty on February 2, 2011.
