Physical DescriptionBlack and silver CROSS brand pen used to sign the Don't Ask Don't Tell Repeal Act of 2010 on December 22, 2010. The pen (.a) has a black barrel and grip section, as well as a silver tip and accent band that border the grip section. Printed across the barrel is a silver Presidential Seal and President Barack Obama's signature. The cap (.b) is silver and has paralell grooves running most of its length as well as a clip.
