Physical DescriptionPhysical DescriptionA gilt-framed proclamation for the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge granting them a lifetime pass to the National Parks of America. The gilt frame has a floral decoration along the front edge. The proclamation is double matted and covered with a glass front. The outer mat is a dark blue and the inner, recessed mat is a light grey.
