Physical DescriptionPhysical DescriptionA hand-painted plate with a dark blue rim and gold border. The border includes the official U.S. Diplomatic insignia, a repeating pattern consisting of five pointed stars separated by three vertical stripes. At the top of the plate, in the large blue circle, is the Great Seal of the United States in gold. The center of the plate is cream.
