Historical NoteThis Kiddush Cup is a part of the "Seder in a Box" set, a package that contains the ritual objects necessary for a Passover Seder. During the 2008 Presidential Campaign, three Obama aides held a Passover Seder in their hotel room during the campaign trail. President Barack Obama attended the event and the Passover Seder celebration continued annually in the White House throughout the Obama Administration. The "Seder in a Box" set was a farewell gift to the First Family from three 2008 campaign aides who continued to work in the Obama Administration.
