Physical DescriptionJacket with a light brown body and sleeves, and dark brown collar. The right chest of the coat has the logo of the local 227 UFCW (United Food and Commercial Workers) embroidered in yellow, white, and blue. The left chest has "Senator Barack Obama" embroidered in yellow above the pocket. The jacket has a zippered front and angled pockets on the bottom. There is a snap closure on each side of the bottom back edge of the jacket. The interior of the jacket is lined with a brown plaid fabric and has a single zipped pocket on the left side.Custodial History / ProvenanceThis item is part of materials acquired by President Barack Obama previous to the Obama administration, and maintained by the White House Residence Storage until its transfer to the National Archives in January 2017 for deposit with the Obama Presidential Library.Additional Details
