Physical DescriptionPair of clip on dangle earrings. Each earring has a large decorative circular plate that has an open center where a painted wooden bull head hangs and five gold thread tassels hanging from the bottom of the disk. Clip is decorated with black and clear rhinestones, a small silver flower, and a bronze flower.
Historical NoteReceived on the occasion of a Let Girls Learn Event at the United Nations General Assembly in 2016.
Custodial History / ProvenanceThe item was a gift from a foreign official to First Lady Michelle Obama during the Obama Administration. It was received through the Executive Office of the President and maintained there until its transfer to the National Archives in January 2017 for deposit with the Obama Presidential Library.Additional Details
