Physical DescriptionSilver hsun-ok offering vessel with a tiered base and pointed spire on the lid. The vessel is engraved throughout with floral and geometric patterns on both the lid and the base. The lid is also tiered and tapers to the top of the spire.Historical NoteReceived on the occasion of the State Counsellor's meeting at the White House in September 2016.
Custodial History / ProvenanceThe item was a gift from a foreign official to First Lady Michelle Obama during the Obama administration. It was received through the Executive Office of the President and maintained there until its transfer to the National Archives in January 2017 for deposit with the Obama Presidential Library.Additional Details
