The text of the proclamation describing the President's achievements is written in black script below dark blue calligraphy script with gold accents. The proclamation is signed by Chair of the Board of Trustees Stacey J. Mobley and President Wayne Frederick. There is a gold University seal at the bottom with red, white, and blue ribbons beneath.
