Physical DescriptionSheer beige mesh overlay caftan embellished with circular tone-on tone glass rhinestones and Swarovski crystals. Bottom hem is lined with crystals set in brown metal facets. Neck and arm openings are lined with Swarovski crystals.Historical NoteFirst Lady Michelle Obama wore this overlay caftan at the 2016 White House Correspondents Dinner on April 30, 2016.
Custodial History / ProvenanceThe item was a gift from a member of the general public to First Lady Michelle Obama during the Obama Administration.
