Physical DescriptionThe White House LEGO Architecture series set. The assembled set depicts the white house composed of white and black lego blocks situated on top of a green plastic lawn with several trees and bushes out front. It stands on a black plastic base. The pieces are stored in clear plastic bags.Historical NoteAt the 2016 White House Water Summit, representatives from Danish water technology companies used LEGO models to demonstrate their solutions. Katrine Rafn, the head of the Division of Water Resources for the Ministry of Environment and Food of Denmark, presented this LEGO set to mark the occasion.
Custodial History / ProvenanceThe item was a gift from a foreign official to the First Family during the Obama Administration. It was received through the Executive Office of the President and maintained there until its transfer to the National Archives in January 2017 for deposit with the Obama Presidential Library.Additional Details
