Physical DescriptionA black fountain pen (.a) with gold at cap bands, end, and clip. Adorned at top of the cap (.b) is a piece of blue glass. Engraved on gold nib is a geometric pattern.

Custodial History / ProvenanceThe item was a gift from a foreign official to President Barack Obama and First Lady Michelle Obama during the Obama administration.
