Physical DescriptionSet of four copper-toned bowls and a serving plate. The serving plate (.a) has a copper-toned top with a black coating on the bottom and a gold-toned foot. There are traditional Thai patterns etched along the outside rim. The four bowls (.b-e) have a copper-toned inside, with a black coating on the outside. The same tradional Thai etchings found on the serving plate are present on the outer rim of all four bowls.Overall - 3D (.b-e:) H 2 1/2 in x Diam 4 1/2 in (6.4 cm x 11.4 cm )

Custodial History / ProvenanceThe item was a gift from a foreign official to President Barack Obama during the Obama administration.
