Physical DescriptionTwo volume set of hardcover cookbooks. Cover of volume one contains an image depicting one of the cooked recipes from the book, the floating pellet, plated in a decorative fashion over a bamboo placemat with a pot of flowers in the background. Cover of volume two contains an image depicitng one of the cooked recipes from the book, pickled tea leaf salad, on a decorated plate with a teapot and tea cups to the side.

Custodial History / ProvenanceThe item was a gift from a foreign official to President Barack Obama during the Obama Administration. It was received through the Executive Office of the President and maintained there until its transfer to the National Archives in January 2017 for deposit with the Obama Presidential Library.Additional Details
