Physical DescriptionA pink miniature "BootBop" backpack with black detailing and a belt-loop on the back, accompanied by 22 interchangeable pins and 3 zipper pulls.The pins are intended as accessories for Ugg boots, and each has a silver-colored metal base with a colorful obverse depicting various symbols including flowers, smiley faces, hearts, guitars, and stars, along with a pin-back. The three zipper pulls have a silver-colored metal base with similar colorful symbols on the obverse, attached with silver clips to a ring on the backpack's zipper.
Custodial History / ProvenanceThe item was a gift from a member of the general public to Malia and Sasha Obama during the Obama Administration. It was received through the Office of the President and maintained there until its transfer to the National Archives in January 2017 for deposit with the Obama Presidential Library.Additional Details
