Physical DescriptionA hardcover book created in honor of the 100 UN Member States which said "No" to Russia's annexation of Ukraine's Crimea by voting for the historic UN General Assembly Resolution 68/262. In the top right corner is a window for a small video screen built into the book. The cover depicts a large crowd holding up a Ukrainian flag in front a of a night time city scape.
Historical NoteReceived on the occasion of Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko's visit to the White House for a bilateral meeting in September 2014.
Custodial History / ProvenanceThe item was a gift from a foreign official to President Barack Obama during the Obama Administration. It was received through the Executive Office of the President and maintained there until its transfer to the National Archives in January 2017 for deposit with the Obama Presidential Library.Additional Details
