Physical DescriptionRace-used hood of Jimmie Johnson's racecar. The car hood is dark blue and white with "LOWE'S" logo on the front. Jimmie Johnson signed the hood in silver with an inscription for the President. Historical NoteReceived during a visit from Jimmie Johnson to the White House on June 25, 2014, celebrating his 6th NASCAR Cup Series championship.
Custodial History / ProvenanceThe item was a gift from a member of the general public to President Barack Obama during the Obama administration.
