Physical DescriptionOrange University of Virginia basketball jersey with blue accents. On the front of the jersey is "VIRGINIA" in blue lettering with white outline and the number 1 in white with blue outline. On the back is the name "OBAMA" in blue and the number 1 in white with blue outline on top of a UVA building design.
Historical NoteReceived on the occasion of a ceremony at the White House to honor 2012-2013 NCAA Division I Champions in various sports on March 10, 2014.
Custodial History / ProvenanceThe item was a gift from a member of the general public to President Barack Obama during the Obama Administration.
