Physical DescriptionFramed Wounded Warrior Soldier Ride mini-jersey plaque commemorating the 2014 Wounded Warrior Soldier Ride event. The jersey is blue with red bands at the shoulders and arm openings with the Soldier Ride logo of a star emerging from a circle in the center in white above sponsor logos. The jersey is placed on top of a black background and there is a white mat surrounding it with decorative points at all four corners and an inset silver-colored metal plaque. The mat is signed in black by many participants and set inside a black frame.Historical NoteReceived on the occasion of the 7th annual Wounded Warrior Project’s Soldier Ride in 2014.
Custodial History / ProvenanceThe item was a gift from a member of the general public to President Barack Obama during the Obama Administration.
