Physical Description
Physical DescriptionWhite waxed textile tunic dress with a pink embroidered oval pattern on the front. The ovals have a orange, white, and blue center, with gold thread detailing. Framing the pattern are red embroidered lines which continue on the back. The wrists each have red embroidered trim and there is a blue trim along the collar.
Custodial History / ProvenanceThe item was a gift from a foreign official to President Barack Obama and First Lady Michelle Obama during the Obama administration. It was received through the Executive Office of the President and maintained there until its transfer to the National Archives in January 2017 for deposit with the Obama Presidential Library.Additional Details
