Physical DescriptionMorehouse College maroon blazer (.a) with two gold buttons on the front and four gold buttons on each sleeve. Each button is embossed with the "M" for Morehouse. On the proper left breastpocket is the Morehouse logo which depicts a sun rising above clouds. Included with the blazer is a maroon and white polka-dot handkerchief (.b).Historical NoteReceived on the occasion of President Barack Obama delivering the commencement address at Morehouse College on May 19, 2013.
Custodial History / ProvenanceThe item was a gift from a member of the general public to President Barack Obama during the Obama Administration.
