Inner strap slip is attached with an organza skirt for added volume.Historical NoteFirst Lady Michelle Obama wore this dress at the barbecue in London, England with Samantha Cameron on May 25, 2011.
Custodial History / ProvenanceThe item was a gift from a member of the general public to First Lady Michelle Obama during the Obama Administration.
