Physical DescriptionWhite Club de Regatas Vasco da Gama soccer jersey with black details. The obverse bears one diagonal black stripe across the chest and the Vasco da Gama club logo of a cross embroidered in red and white at the left chest. The Electrobras company logo is printed across the chest and Penalty is printed near the upper right shoulder. The tops of the shoulders have printed Ale brand logos. The reverse has a printed Eletrobras logo above printed text: "10 B. Obama"
Historical NoteReceived during a trip to Brazil in March 2011 as part of a Presidential tour of South America.
Custodial History / ProvenanceThe item was a gift from a foreign official to President Barack Obama during the Obama administration.
