The original artwork appears to be a painting with paper cutouts adhered over the paint that depict words, phrases, faces, books, and photographs. The title of the artwork, "Rituals" is written upside down in red in the top right of the print.Custodial History / ProvenanceThe item was a gift from a member of the general public to President Barack Obama during the Obama administration.
