Physical DescriptionCrystal bowl in the shape of a goblet with engraved shamrock designs and scalloped lip. On the obverse there is an inscribed dedication and on the reverse there is an engraved depiction of a Celtic knot.Historical NoteReceived on the occasion of a working visit to the White House by Irish Taoiseach Enda Kenny in March, 2012, for use in the Shamrock Ceremony for St. Patrick's Day.
Custodial History / ProvenanceThe item was a gift from a foreign official to President Barack Obama during the Obama Administration.
