Physical DescriptionFramed white flag for the Wounded Warrior Project signed by approximately two dozen people. It is set beneath a white mat with black inner border inside a black frame. The flag has two brass metal grommets for hanging. There is a commemorative plaque at the bottom center of the mat.
Historical NoteReceived on the occasion of the 2012 Wounded Warrior Project's Soldier Ride.
Custodial History / ProvenanceThe item was a gift from a member of the general public to President Barack Obama and First Lady Michelle Obama during the Obama Administration. It was received through the Office of the President and maintained there until its transfer to the National Archives in January 2017 for deposit with the Obama Presidential Library.Additional Details
