Physical DescriptionA mosaic depiction of the American flag with a bald eagle in the foreground made completely from precious and semiprecious stones. The mosaic is framed with a gold-colored metal plaque at the bottom. The stones include blue sapphire; rose garnet; brown, black, and yellow tourmaline; spinal; dark quartz; and topaz.
