Historical NoteReceived on the occasion of President Barack Obama's visit to Wyffels Hybrids Production Facility in Atkinson, Illinois on August 17, 2011 where he spoke about strengthening the economy.Custodial History / ProvenanceThe item was a gift from a member of the general public to President Barack Obama during the Obama Administration.
