Physical DescriptionSterling silver necklace with Globe Crest pendant cast from a reclaimed 19th century wax seal with Latin inscription that translates to, "Hope is Not Yet Crushed." There is a small charm on the clasp.
Custodial History / ProvenanceThe item was a gift from a foreign official to President Barack Obama during the Obama Administration.
