Physical DescriptionVulcain Cricket "Anniversary Heart" watch with a silver stainless steel case. The numbers around the bezel are white except for 60 which is red. The 12 on the face is bronze and the face is made so that the gears of the watch are visible. On the interior ring of the face are smaller numbers for the chronometer that are white divided by red bars. The hand for the chronometer is silver with a white and red arrow on the end. The hour and minute hands are white and silver and the third hand is plain silver.
Custodial History / ProvenanceThe item was a gift from a member of the general public to President Barack Obama during the Obama administration. It was received through the Office of the President and maintained there until its transfer to the National Archives in January 2017 for deposit with the Obama Presidential Library.Additional Details
