Physical DescriptionPink and gold colored vest with detached sleeves with decorative beading. The beads are gold and form floral patterns with gold rope-like piping for the stems. The sleeves have the same floral patterns as the vest with rope-like gold piping around the edges.
Historical NoteReceived on the occasion of the United Nations General Assembly in New York City in September 2010.
Custodial History / ProvenanceThe item was a gift from a foreign official to First Lady Michelle Obama during the Obama Administration. It was received through the Executive Office of the President and maintained there until its transfer to the National Archives in January 2017 for deposit with the Obama Presidential Library.Additional Details
