Physical DescriptionSet of two matching teacups with curved glass cups that have indented decorative patterns held in gold and bronze toned metal bases with handles. The bronze colored accents on the metal bases have a decorative horticultural motif.Historical NoteReceived in September 2010 from President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Dr. Ilham Aliyev, during a meeting during the United Nations General Assembly.
Custodial History / ProvenanceThe item was a gift from a foreign official to President Barack Obama during the Obama Administration. It was received through the Executive Office of the President and maintained there until its transfer to the National Archives in January 2017 for deposit with the Obama Presidential Library.Additional Details
