Physical DescriptionSet of 10 Blu-Ray Discs of classic silent films in leather cases with embossed gold text and designs. Inside each case is an illustration of a motion picture film camera on one side. The discs have labels consisting of still images from the films and the film titles. The films are: The Valley of the Giants (1919), You're Fired (1919), The Conquest of Canaan (1921), Kick In (1922), Canyon of the Fools (1922), The Call of the Canyon (1923), Circus Days (1923), The Eternal Struggle (1923), The Arab (1924), Keep Smiling (1925).Disc Diam 4 3/4 in (12.1 cm )
Custodial History / ProvenanceThe item was a gift from a foreign official to President Barack Obama during the Obama Administration. It was received through the Executive Office of the President and maintained there until its transfer to the National Archives in January 2017 for deposit with the Obama Presidential Library.Additional Details
