Physical DescriptionDesk set in the shape of a golf bag with clubs. The set includes a club, ball, and tee stainless steel pen, pencil, letter opener, and leather golf bag pen holder with inscription, "President Obama". Included is a silver mechanical pencil shaped like the head of a golf club, silver pen has has a golf ball on it, silver letter opener shaped like a golf tee, and the navy blue leather holder is shaped like a golf bag with a metal base with felt on it and metal around the top rim. There is a felt lining on the interior.
Custodial History / ProvenanceThe item was a gift from a foreign official to President Barack Obama during the Obama Administration. It was received through the Executive Office of the President and maintained there until its transfer to the National Archives in January 2017 for deposit with the Obama Presidential Library.Additional Details
