Physical DescriptionWomen's lacrosse stick with a silver shaft, white plastic head, and black and white cord for the mesh. The inner parts of the head near the pocket are black plastic. Near where the shaft meets the head there is a black swirling pattern.
Historical NoteReceived on the occasion of a reception at the White House to honor NCAA Championship athletes and teams on September 13, 2010.
Custodial History / ProvenanceThe item was a gift from a member of the general public to the First Family during the Obama administration. It was received through the Office of the President and maintained there until its transfer to the National Archives in January 2017 for deposit with the Obama Presidential Library.Additional Details
