Physical DescriptionCollection of 8 silver coins encased in plastic depicting important people in Uzbekistan's history. All minted in 1999, the obverse side of each coin is engraved with "Buyuk Siymolak" across the top, a depiction of a person, the name of the important Uzbek person framed by their birth and death years, except for one coin which depicts a monument, reverse of each is engraved with Uzbekistan Respuelikasi, Uzbekistan national emblem, and 100 SO'M

Custodial History / ProvenanceThe item was a gift from a foreign official to President Barack Obama during the Obama Administration. It was received through the Executive Office of the President and maintained there until its transfer to the National Archives in January 2017 for deposit with the Obama Presidential Library.Additional Details
