Physical DescriptionLEGO sculpture of a blue baseball cap with a white insignia, a red and white baseball, and brown display stand. All parts of the sculpture are made from LEGO bricks of various sizes. The cap visor is signed in black ink from the members of the 2009 Little League Championship team. At the front of the base is a label for LEGOLAND.
Historical NoteReceived on the occasion of the 2009 Little League World Series Champion Park View Bombers baseball team from Chula Vista, California visiting the White House on February 5, 2010.
Custodial History / ProvenanceThe item was a gift from a member of the general public to President Barack Obama during the Obama Administration. It was received through the Office of the President and maintained there until its transfer to the National Archives in January 2017 for deposit with the Obama Presidential Library.Additional Details
