Physical DescriptionSet of two Montblanc Meisterstuck style pens, one ballpoint and one fountain. The body of both pens is black resin with gold detailing at the nib, clip, and rings at the top and bottom of the cap. At the top of the cap in white is the six point star logo for Montblanc with a laurel engraved along the ring that has a single dark crystal over the clip. The caps of both pens are engraved in gold with "Barack Obama".Overall - 3D (.b-c - Fountain) H 5/8 in x W 1/2 in x D 5 3/4 in (1.6 cm x 1.3 cm x 14.6 cm )
Custodial History / ProvenanceThe item was a gift from a member of the general public to President Barack Obama during the Obama Administration. It was received through the Office of the President and maintained there until its transfer to the National Archives in January 2017 for deposit with the Obama Presidential Library.Additional Details
