Physical DescriptionRussian nesting doll set of fifteen painted dolls. The fourteen largest dolls come apart into two pieces and the smallest is a single piece. Each doll has a painted face with an elaborate golden traditional headpiece, their clothing is a painted draped teal with decorative painted pink roses and green leaves with flourishes on the back. The lower half of each doll depicts a different winter scene.
