From friendship bracelets to diamond parures, the Barack Obama Presidential Library holds an assortment of jewelry gifted to the Obama family. These gifts were accepted on behalf of the federal government and are now maintained by the National Archives. The artifact depicted here is Emerald Art Deco Jewelry Set (FO.074860.a-e), gifted from King Abdallah of Saudi Arabia to First Lady Michelle Obama on occasion of the 2014 holiday season.
