Henrietta Boggs-MacGuire was an American author, journalist, and activist. She was married to José Figueres Ferrer and served as First Lady of Costa Rica from 1948 to 1949 in the years immediately following the Costa Rican Civil War. Mother of the Ambassador of Costa Rica to the United States, Muni Figueres.
